Main Use

Instructions
Substrate wetting agent for solvent-based and water-based coatings and printing inks. The dosage is generally 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation of the paint. There will be turbidity at low temperatures, which can be eliminated by heating. This does not affect product quality.
