DESCRIPTION
PCFR-HS is an Eco- Friendly ultra pure aromatic sulfone additive as polymerization promoter with
crosslinking chemical structure for polycarbonate. Crosslink chemical structure makes the effect of
non-porous and stable char former synergist. This product organic white power is produced with active
sulfonation technology for linear and branched Polycarbonate with small dosage properties below 0.1- 0.2%.
PCFR-HS is used PC transparency complex mixed alloy FR systems with Glass Fiber and without Glass fiber and minerals. PCFR-HS must be assembled to meet UL94 V0 or 5VA requirements with PTFE (SAN,PMMA), Siloxane powder and liquid etc.Especially, PCFR-HS dosage in BDP application is 0.2%-0.3%. PCFR-HS target application is for instead of KPFBS, HES2, KSS and BDP, TPP.
