Main Use
1. Suitable for vulcanized rubber systems using silica or silicate as reinforcing agents;
2. It is a multifunctional silicone coupling agent that has been successfully used in the rubber industry. Its function is to increase the elastic modulus and tensile strength of rubber, significantly improve the wear resistance and compression performance of rubber, while reducing rubber viscosity and saving processing energy consumption. Best suited for rubber formulations using hydroxyl fillers in double bond-containing polymers or blends thereof. Applicable fillers include silica fume, silicates, etc. Applicable rubbers include natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butadiene rubber (BR), nitrile rubber ( NBR) and ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), etc. Compared with SF-S069, this product can provide more reliable scorch safety due to its lower reactive disulfane functional group.
