Main Use
1. Improve the strength properties of hard composite materials reinforced with glass fiber rovings and maintain the strength properties to the maximum extent after the humidity conditioning period.
2. Enhance the electrical properties of epoxy resin-based electronic sealants and packaging materials and printed circuit boards, which is caused by improving the bonding force between the resin and the matrix or filler.
3. Enhance the electrical properties of many inorganic-filled composite materials including nylon and polybutylene terephthalate.
4. Effective on a wide range of fillers and matrices, such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or metals including aluminum, copper and iron.
5. Improve the bonding of some epoxy structural adhesives.
6. Improved adhesion in aqueous acrylic latex caulks and sealants, polyurethane and epoxy based coatings.
7. In organic toners, improve binder compatibility, dispersion and fluidity.
