Main Use
This product can be used in composite materials to improve the thermal stability and surface finish of composite materials. It can increase the filler filling amount, reduce the amount of resin, and reduce costs. Applicable materials include PP, PE, rubber, etc. Inorganic filler surface treatment is suitable for treating inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and kaolin to increase the hydrophobicity and dispersibility of the filler, improve the mechanical strength of the product, and reduce water absorption. Rubber uses SF-T4902 to treat kaolin filled rubber to increase the tear strength and tensile strength of rubber, and can replace part of white carbon black.
