Main Use
This product is mainly used to process inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and talcum powder filled with resin. It can improve processing rheology, achieve high filling volume, and improve mechanical properties. It can be used to improve the dispersion of pigments, improve the hiding power and tinting power of pigments, and improve the anti-corrosion, waterproof and fire resistance of coatings. It can be used for aluminum hydroxide highly filled glass fiber reinforced polyester FRP, which not only prevents the filler from settling in the liquid resin, but also improves the flame retardancy of the product. It can improve the tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and aging resistance of rubber products. This product can be used not only as a coupling agent between inorganic fillers and resins, but also as a coupling agent between non-polar materials and polar materials.
